Rules Clarification
Rules have been updated to clarify that Sausage may be prepared in advance, but all other categories must arrive unseasoned on the day of the event.

Donations Accepted
Donations to support THE BBQ BAILOUT competition will be accepted. All donations will be used on contest expenses. Any money left after expenses will be returned to the Teams as Prize Money.
